Ha Tunnel Plus connects by wrapping your traffic in an SSH session directed at a zero-rated access point on your network. Unlike HTTP Custom, it does not rely on an HTTP proxy port, which means it keeps working on lines where HTTP Custom gets patched every few weeks. The custom payload and SNI settings in the config file are what allow the SSH session to pass through your network without consuming airtime.
