What is TLS Tunnel

TLS Tunnel wraps all traffic in TLS 1.3 encryption and sends it over port 443, which is the same port used by standard HTTPS web traffic. Networks cannot block port 443 without breaking all web access, which is what makes TLS Tunnel resistant to the port-based patching that affects HTTP Custom. It is lighter than Dark Tunnel because it does not modify packet structure, just encrypts the content.

Use TLS Tunnel when

✓ HTTP Custom configs keep getting patched and you want a port-443 alternative to Ha Tunnel Plus

✓ Your network allows port 443 but blocks the proxy ports that HTTP Custom relies on

✓ You want a lightweight connection that does not drain battery as fast as SSH tunnels

✓ Ha Tunnel Plus is working but you want a backup that uses the same port

Switch to another app when

◆ Your network has DPI that identifies TLS tunnel fingerprints , try Dark Tunnel

◆ You need maximum speeds , TLS encryption overhead is higher than HTTP proxy

◆ The TLS server in the config is down , download a fresh config

◆ You need packet obfuscation rather than just content encryption , try Dark Tunnel
